About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Strategic Partnerships Manager to strengthen and grow our portfolio of existing strategic partners. This role sits at the heart of our indirect sales and go-to-market strategy, focusing on accelerating revenue through deep partner engagement, joint planning, and high-impact collaboration.

You will be responsible for maximizing revenue from our alliance partners across key geographies and/or verticals. The ideal candidate brings strong relationship management skills, a track record in alliances and/or partnerships, and a deep understanding of how to navigate complex partner ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building trusted, strategic relationships with key partner stakeholders.
  • Developing and executing business plans to drive revenue growth from existing partners.
  • Identifying opportunities for deeper integration, upsell/cross-sell, or co-marketing initiatives.
  • Leading quarterly business reviews (QBRs), track KPIs, and monitor partner pipeline and performance.
  • Collaborating with internal sales, product, marketing, and legal teams to resolve partner needs and remove roadblocks.
  • As needed, identifying and onboard new partners to strengthen market coverage or capabilities.
  • Evaluating potential partners and support initial contracting and ramp-up.

Requirements

  • Have experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or channel sales, preferably in SaaS, data, or technology sectors.
  • Have proven ability to grow high-value relationships and manage C-level stakeholders.
  • Have great analytical skills to assess opportunities, manage complex accounts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Be skilled at navigating ambiguity and creatively addressing partner needs.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation and negotiation skills.
