Job description

Join Our Recruiting Team | Build the Future of Human-AI Relationships

We’re a fast-growing early-stage startup within the Genesis ecosystem, building category-defining AI companionship products. Our mission is to reshape how people experience relationships and intimacy through technology. We're just one year in — and already scaling fast.

To support this growth, we're assembling a world-class recruiting team. If you're a recruiter seeking ownership, impact, and freedom — this is your moment.

🌟 Why This Role Is Special

  • You’ll help build a category-defining company — we’re deeply passionate about our mission, and you’ll play a direct role in shaping the team that makes it real
  • You’ll shape how recruiting is done here — this isn’t an execution-only role; we want builders
  • You’ll grow fast — you’ll take on diverse roles and challenges, with room to grow into a senior role and beyond
  • You’ll have true freedom — no rigid playbooks, just outcomes and ownership
  • You’ll work globally — we hire top talent worldwide (our latest hire is from Argentina)
  • You’ll work across domains — AI/ML, Product, Analytics, Payments, and executive-level roles
  • Of course, you’ll enjoy great perks — flexible hours, remote-friendly culture, cozy offices in Kyiv, Lviv, Warsaw and more. Plus: relocation support, paid vacation, sick leave, healthcare, wellness benefits, and a learning budget

🛠 What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Coordinate and conduct candidate screenings and support a smooth interview process
  • Keep hiring pipelines organized and updated in our ATS
  • Collaborate with the team to improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Comfortable conducting interviews in English
  • Solid sourcing skills and curiosity to explore new tools and channels
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

Read this far and think you're a fit? Add the code phrase “wanna build AI companions” to your cover letter — we’ll be watching.

See you at the interviews!
