1. Responsibilities
  • Lead and support cross-functional programs and initiatives using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, utilizing tools like Jira for project tracking
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets using Agile techniques, while tracking progress against key milestones
  • Participate in release management processes, coordinating with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely product releases
    • Leading hotfix coordination and communication
    • Acting as the point person for triage and priority assessment
    • Tracking and reporting on release status
    • Supporting local time-zone handoff and communication for 24-hour coverage
  • Contribute to identifying and mitigating risks, using risk management techniques, and proactively addressing issues as needed to ensure successful project execution
  • Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, supporting process optimization and efficiency gains, and assisting in leveraging AI for automation and collaboration
  • Support in understanding the product development lifecycle and help in establishing best practices for the product team
  • Assist in implementing quality assurance processes and procedures, ensuring products meet defined standards and specifications
  • Support in implementing and managing the OKR process across teams to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Other duties as assigned
2. Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in technical program management, related roles, or a combination of education and experience
  • Exposure to release management and risk management concepts
3. Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to Agile projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure, AI, and Github
  • Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders
4. Education, Certifications, Licenses
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Advanced degree (preferred)
