1. Responsibilities

Lead and support cross-functional programs and initiatives using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, utilizing tools like Jira for project tracking
Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets using Agile techniques, while tracking progress against key milestones
Participate in release management processes, coordinating with development and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely product releases
- Leading hotfix coordination and communication
- Acting as the point person for triage and priority assessment
- Tracking and reporting on release status
- Supporting local time-zone handoff and communication for 24-hour coverage
Contribute to identifying and mitigating risks, using risk management techniques, and proactively addressing issues as needed to ensure successful project execution
Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, supporting process optimization and efficiency gains, and assisting in leveraging AI for automation and collaboration
Support in understanding the product development lifecycle and help in establishing best practices for the product team
Assist in implementing quality assurance processes and procedures, ensuring products meet defined standards and specifications
Support in implementing and managing the OKR process across teams to ensure alignment with company objectives
Other duties as assigned

2. Experience

4+ years of experience in technical program management, related roles, or a combination of education and experience
Exposure to release management and risk management concepts

3. Skills

Demonstrated ability to contribute to Agile projects in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure, AI, and Github
Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders

4. Education, Certifications, Licenses

Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
Advanced degree (preferred)
