We are seeking a talented individual to join our Personal Lines Sales team at Mercer. This remote role can be based anywhere in the United States.
The Inside Sales Representative role involves working with employees of large employers to promote and sell our personal lines insurance, including auto and home coverage, through an inside sales approach. While based in a contact center environment, the focus is on building relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions, supported by access to 16 carriers. This opportunity offers a competitive commission plan on top of base pay, rewarding your sales success.

The applicable base pay for this role is $37,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
