Job description

WHY JOIN ALO?

Mindful movement. It’s at the core of why we do what we do at ALO—it’s our calling. Because mindful movement in the studio leads to better living. It changes who yogis are off the mat, making their lives and their communities better. That’s the real meaning of studio-to-street: taking the consciousness from practice on the mat and putting it into practice in life.

*This role can be based out of Dallas, Maryland or Las Vegas*

OVERVIEW

The Senior Director of Warehouse Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the performance, strategy, and execution of multiple distribution centers (DCs) supporting Alo Yoga and BELLA+CANVAS business operations. This individual ensures each DC meets key performance indicators (KPIs), operates within budget, and aligns with enterprise-level goals for service, efficiency, and scalability. The Senior Director of Warehouse Operations partners closely with the DC Directors and the VP of Global Operations to develop and implement both operational and peak season strategies across all facilities.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Multi-Site Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of multiple distribution centers, ensuring all facilities are operating effectively and in alignment with corporate standards.
  • KPI Management: Ensure each assigned DC consistently meets or exceeds KPIs across safety, productivity, order accuracy, shipping timeliness, and inventory accuracy.
  • Budget Ownership: Manage budgets for each distribution center; drive cost control initiatives while optimizing throughput and service.
  • Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of DC Directors; foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the VP of Global Operations and DC Directors to define short- and long-term operational strategies tailored to the unique needs of each facility.
  • Peak Season Planning: Partner with leadership to proactively plan and execute peak season strategies, ensuring labor, inventory, and space readiness across all DCs.
  • Process Optimization: Drive process improvements and standardization across all DCs to support scalability and operational excellence.
  • Technology & Systems: Support effective utilization and enhancements of WMS, automation, and data systems to improve efficiency and reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Transportation, Planning, Inventory, and Customer Experience teams to ensure an integrated and seamless distribution network.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all DCs comply with OSHA, local labor laws, and company safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.

  • Experience leading high-volume, omni-channel distribution operations.
  • Proven track record of developing strong leadership teams and achieving performance goals across multiple facilities.
