Role Description
This is an exciting opportunity for you to join Airswift’s Central Marketing Team as our Content Marketing Coordinator and this is a remote role. This role is ideal for someone who loves transforming complex topics into engaging, well-researched content that informs and inspires. You’ll work across long-form articles, thought leadership pieces, and research-led content, helping position Airswift as a trusted voice in workforce solutions and recruitment for STEM industries.
We’re looking for a versatile, creative writer with a sharp eye for detail and a strategic mindset. Someone who can take data, trends, and technical insights and turn them into compelling narratives for HR professionals, business leaders, and STEM professionals around the world.
Principle Accountabilities:
Develop high-quality, SEO-aligned content focused on recruitment, global workforce solutions, HR strategy, career advice, and STEM sector trends
Plan and execute inbound content strategies that drive engagement, generate leads, and strengthen Airswift’s reputation as a thought leader in the staffing and workforce solutions space
Research and write long-form content such as blogs, white papers, guides, and reports for a B2B and executive-level audience
Support marketing campaigns with relevant written assets, including email copy, social media posts, and landing pages
Ensure all content is accurate, well-structured, audience-specific, and aligned with brand tone and messaging
Use analytics tools to review performance, identify trends, and refine content strategies based on data
Contribute to regular content planning, idea generation, and gap analysis to support business objectives
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
You have a minimum three (3) years of professional experience, including at least two (2) years in a content writing or copywriting role and/or
You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent university level degree, preferably in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field
You possess excellent command of English writing, editing, and storytelling, and can adapt tone for technical, professional, and executive audiences (Even better if you can show us a portfolio of your past and recent work!)
You have a proven ability to research complex topics (e.g. recruitment compliance, HR regulations, talent trends) and translate them into clear, engaging content
You are interested in workforce dynamics, HR, recruitment strategies, and challenges affecting the global STEM talent market
You are comfortable working with SEO and content management systems (HubSpot, WordPress, or similar)
You are experienced with content planning and inbound marketing strategies
You are self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
You can prioritise managing multiple tasks concurrently and can meet time-sensitive deadlines during peak business periods
Bonus: You have experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for creating simple supporting visuals
Bonus: You are familiar with the recruitment industry, employer branding, or international hiring processes
