The Role As a Recruitment Team Manager, you will lead a team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcing specialists responsible for delivering best-in-class hiring outcomes across multiple geographies and functions. You will manage high-volume, fast-paced hiring while maintaining an excellent candidate and hiring partner experience. The ideal candidate brings a strong RPO/BPO recruitment background, a data-driven mindset, and a people-first leadership approach.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators to meet hiring targets across departments, regions, and programs
Oversee end-to-end hiring operations for assigned accounts or verticals, ensuring quality, speed, and stakeholder satisfaction
Act as a strategic partner to internal hiring managers and client stakeholders — managing expectations, reporting on pipeline health, and proactively addressing gaps
Monitor hiring metrics, SLAs, and KPIs; use data to drive performance and optimize team output
Champion tools, processes, and systems that streamline recruitment and improve candidate experience (e.g., ATS, automation tools, AI assessments)
Foster a high-performing and inclusive culture through regular coaching, team meetings, 1:1s, and feedback
Collaborate with the Talent Branding, Sourcing, and Academy teams to drive continuous pipeline and skills-readiness
Manage hiring ramp-ups, special projects, and support workforce planning initiatives
Ensure adherence to compliance, documentation standards, and company hiring policies
What We Expect From You:
Minimum of 5+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
Background in RPO or BPO recruitment is strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience in managing both high-volume and specialized hiring across various roles and geographies
Strong working knowledge of ATS systems (e.g., JazzHR, Greenhouse, or similar)
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills
Proven ability to coach and mentor team members while holding them accountable to performance goals
Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with multiple shifting priorities
Strong analytical thinking, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills
