What you can expect
We are looking for a customer-centric marketing leader with a strong performance and data-driven mindset. You bring deep expertise in SEA, affiliate and CRM. With proven experience in Conversion rate optimization, you drive measurable impact through clear KPIs. As an agile leader and mentor, you empower autonomous squads, foster cross-functional collaboration, and effectively manage the different stakeholders. As part of the management team, you can shape and translate strategy into operational goals. A solid technical understanding enables you to bridge business goals with digital development.
Your responsibilities:
- You define the strategy of the Tribe “Marketing and Conversion” and the OKRs to fulfill ambitious growth targets
- As a tribe lead, you are an agile leader of three squads (Marketing, Web, App) with about 20 employees. You coach squad leads, foster autonomy and accountability. For the squad Marketing you are operationally acting as the squad lead.
- As the lead for the squad Marketing you are responsible to drive customer acquisition through our channels like SEA, affiliate, app and create retention with CDP, CRM, automation, and personalization.
- You align the experts in your squads on conversion optimization and cultivate a strong data analytics-driven mindset and a focus on Customer centricity
