Are you a driven, analytical thinker with a passion for real estate and investment performance? Join our vibrant London-based Real Estate team as an Associate, Performance Management and take your career to the next level!

Your responsibilities:

  • Work closely with investment teams to collect, validate, and analyse performance data for top-tier real estate funds.

  • Benchmark fund and asset performance against industry indices and peers, providing insights that drive investment decisions.

  • Create and maintain performance reports and dashboards, using tools like PowerBI, Python, or Alteryx.

  • Support investor reporting, RFPs, and special projects that shape our business strategy.

  • Help embed best-in-class performance measurement practices across our EMEA teams.

You'll need to have:

  • Some experience in commercial real estate, ideally with a fund manager or investment team.

  • Strong analytical skills and a knack for working with data—experience with PowerBI, Python, RStudio, or Alteryx is a plus!

  • Understanding of investment performance metrics (time-weighted/money-weighted returns) and financial statements.

  • Excellent communication skills—you can explain complex ideas clearly and work well in a collaborative, international team.

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Additional languages (especially German or French) are a big plus.

  • A degree in property, real estate, or a related field or equivalent experience.
