Job description

Job Title: Delivery Operations Specialist with French

  • ENP Payment Operations:
    • Execute payments for 1:1 ENP deals
    • Work with the Bandwidth Team on daily operations for ENP payments, providing support with Payoneer registrations and payment scheduling where needed
    • Work with the Partnerships team on supporting non-standard payment requirements, model refresh amounts and amendments/renewals
    • Conduct monthly audits of open payment cases, outstanding payments and registrations, working with BT and Partnerships team to resolve
  • PO Process Management:
    • Calculate monthly ENP fees via NewsForce, following up with SPDs where amounts require additonal clarification/validation
    • Create Executive Summary of PO request detailing PO calculations for Finance 
    • Request POs and track approvals to ensure there are no delays
    • Request Payoneer prefunding

** Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts. **

What would you do: You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing resolving customers query, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers giving best resolutions.


You will also be responsible for closing the fault and complaints within SLAs.
