This exciting role sits within the Rights Consultancy/Product Management team at the heart of one of our biggest clients, working with major rights holder, Formula 1. You’ll consult and support delivery of contractual rights and obligations, relating to product management and supply across the F1 calendar.

This is the perfect opportunity for a confident, detail-obsessed operator who knows how to manage complex stakeholder environments, juggle timelines, and deliver the role effectively and efficiently. You’ll love problem-solving and will bring a ‘can do’ attitude to the role.

This role will be reporting to a Senior Account Director.

Main day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Being a trusted advisor when it comes to F1 product supply related guidelines to ensure rights and obligations are executed accurately and on time.
  • Act as a point of contact for the client, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on objectives
  • Liaise with multiple stakeholders including;
  • Global and local rightsholders & licensees, and global clients, to ascertain product requirements across the different race venues, and touchpoints within those venues
  • Local market clients and their suppliers to organise and deliver product requirements across relevant touchpoints at each venue, according to the rights and obligations in that market
  • Work with merchandising suppliers & clients to create and produce a merchandise range, and facilitate requests on an ongoing basis
  • Consideration and development of additional product supply applications and concepts, e.g. activation, sustainability, POS
  • Creation, on-going management and circulation of project management tools including project plans, status documents, meeting minutes etc
  • Take responsibility for accurately tracking and managing the fulfilment of product supply
  • Assist in the development of process improvements and best practices for product management
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure smooth operations
  • If appropriate, manage junior team members, giving regular performance feedback, motivating them and supporting their growth
  • When necessary, supporting the product supply team on-site, and therefore global travel and some weekend work may be required

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Substantial experience in account management and sport sponsorship, ideally within motorsports (either agency or rights holder side)
  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and proactive
  • Be able to anticipate team and clients’ needs to find ways to add value and be solutions orientated
  • Presentation skills (verbal and written), internally and to clients / external parties
  • Exceptional client servicing and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent attention to detail and rigor
  • Confident in liaising with multiple stakeholders, personable and able to build strong professional relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment, including working across various time zones and international travel
  • Team management – management and coordination of junior team members if appropriate

You need to have the ability & willingness to work flexibly, usually in the London office, with occasional international travel, on-site at events and some weekend work.

This is a full-time role & you must be eligible to work in the UK.
