Key Account Manager - Author Growth (all genders) | Intermediate | Germany (Working from Home) | Full Time (40h/week)

 

Your Impact

As a Key Account Manager – Author Growth (all genders) at eduki, you drive the success of our most strategic author segment in DACH by growing their activity, increasing revenue, and shaping overall key account development. Here are the key tasks and responsibilities that you will be taking on to achieve this goal:

  • Strategic Account Management: You take ownership of a high-potential author segment and drive its long-term success. You build strong, trust-based relationships with top creators and respond to their needs quickly and thoughtfully.
  • Proactive Data-Driven Support: You use dashboards to monitor key trends in uploads and revenue. You act proactively by designing and executing structured follow-ups based on clear IF/THEN logic.
  • Process & Growth Ownership: You lead or co-lead growth-focused priorities such as onboarding improvements, segment tagging, or community events and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale best practices efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: You share insights and learnings from your author segment to support the broader Author Growth team and contribute to continuous process optimization.
  • Community & Communication: You co-create engaging newsletter content and help resources for authors. You contribute to summits, webinars, or recognition campaigns, and document author feedback to inform our product and experience strategy.
 
Your Skills and Expertise

We are searching for a Key Account Manager - Author Growth (all genders) who combines strategic thinking with a passion for people and data to achieve our mission to enhance education. Furthermore, you should check the following boxes: 

  • You have proven experience in Key Account Management or client relationship management, ideally with a focus on strategic or high-value accounts
  • You are confident and empathetic in handling complex or high-demand relationships, with a solution-oriented mindset
  • You have hands-on experience with CRM systems, including structured follow-ups and data tracking to drive performance and engagement
  • You are a structured, analytical and proactive work style, especially in growth- or process-driven environments
  • You are fluent in German and English – both are essential for internal collaboration and creator communication, additional language skills are a plus.

Please note: Due to legal restrictions, we can only hire candidates living in and owning a valid work permit for Germany. eduki is a German company, and you will receive a direct work contract with us according to German work law. 

 

Our Commitment to You

Attractive Compensation Package: The total compensation for this role is up to 64.000 EUR per year and consists of a fixed salary and a VSOP (Virtual Stock Options Program) package. Depending on your skills and competencies, as well as your individual performance, the gross annual salary will range between 42.000 EUR and 49.000 EUR.
