Job description

The company:

Our client is a Start-up focused on selling integrated Contact Center solutions, operating in five countries around the world and looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to work in the European market. We are looking for a commercial profile that has analytical capacity, developing specific solutions for each client.

The job:

Will be responsible for the Pre-sales process, specifying specific solutions for each customer. It will also contribute to identifying new features and new ideas in the company's area of ​​operation.

Profile:

- Experience in operations in Contact Centers (eliminating factor);

- Graduation completed in Engineering or similar;

- Pre-sale experience of Voice and Contact Center software solutions (preferred factor);

- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems;

- Knowledge with databases;

- Knowledge of Voice over IP;

- Knowledge with IP networks and protocols;

- Knowledge of scripting tools;

- Experience in coordinating or managing projects in the sector (Preferred Factor);

- Fluency in English;

- Availability to travel.

Main functions:

- Pre-sales for the Contact Center area;

- Survey of requirements with customers;

- Preparation of response to RFI's;

- Preparation of response to RFQ's;

- Preparation of response to Public Tenders;

- Technical Presentation of the Contact Center Solution;

- Identification of new features and new ideas to be developed within the scope of Contact Center solutions.

Conditions:

- Permanent contract (6 months experience);

- €36k year + commissions (negotiable);
