Job Description
You will be part of the Regional Payroll Function that provides centralized services to 16 countries. You will join the continuous improvement team to deliver payroll initiatives, reporting to the Payroll Team Lead.

Responsible for the full spectrum of in-house payroll administration, ensuring payroll result accuracy and timeliness, and audit risk free
Process in-house payroll using a payroll system for Singapore and Philippines, with possibility of rotation to other country processing.
Review payroll advice, perform and validate payroll calculations and reconciliations in compliance with the payroll calendar, company policies and income tax & statutory regulations
Meet service expectations on payroll accuracy and timeliness and achieve successful audits
Prepare and submit Payroll Reports, Statutory Reports, and Income Tax Reports
Create/Maintain payroll documentation (Work process, pay advice, approval documents etc.)
Maintain data updates in HR information systems
Participate in projects to drive work simplification, digitization, and automation
Manage stakeholders and employees; query handling, communication, and training
