Additional Information

We’re now looking for a driven and clientfocused Account Manager to join our team and support our growing portfolio of clients in the banking and finance sector.

What You’ll Do
As an Account Manager, youll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of financial services clients. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure they gain maximum value from our platform and grow their usage over time.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, longterm relationships with assigned clients in the banking and finance industry

  • Understand client goals, challenges, and KPIs to help them succeed using our platform

  • Proactively identify upsell and crosssell opportunities

  • Manage client renewals and contribute to reducing churn

  • Coordinate with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing satisfaction

  • Deliver platform training, updates, and business reviews

  • Monitor client usage and engagement data to drive value and adoption

    • What We’re Looking For

      1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales within a SaaS company

      Experience or strong interest in the banking and financial services sector

      Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills

      Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities

      Ability to manage multiple accounts with a proactive, organized approach

      Comfortable in a fastpaced, evolving environment

      Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
