We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Industrial Solutions Aftermarket team, responsible for the Italian and Spanish markets.

In this position, you will be at the heart of our customer experience - supporting purchasing processes, strengthening client relationships, and working cross-functionally with teams like sales, logistics, and finance.

You will play a vital role in helping our team thrive in a growing market, while enjoying the flexibility and benefits of a people-first workplace.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage, track, and follow up on customer orders with accuracy and care
  • Provide excellent support and timely communication to your assigned customer accounts
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth deliveries and proactive problem-solving
  • Handle billing, returns, and any necessary corrections
  • Respond to inquiries about pricing, products, availability, and lead times with professionalism
  • Help build lasting customer relationships and ensure satisfaction at every stage


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, administration, or logistics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Italian, Spanish and English
  • Comfortable with MS Office and Outlook; Oracle R12, CRM tools, and knowledge of incoterms are a plus
  • Organized, flexible, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset and a strong team player who takes initiative
