Job title: Product Manager – Customer & Account

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil

Overview of the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to join our Customer & Accounts product domain. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the customer experience in one of the most vital areas of Betfair International.

In this role, you will work collaboratively across multiple functions to define, deliver, and continuously enhance our services related to registration, login, account management, and customer preferences across various jurisdictions.

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting the localisation of our products for Brazil, Spain, and Italy, ensuring they meet market-specific needs while maintaining a seamless, intuitive, and secure user experience.

Our new Sao Paulo workspace is the perfect place for team collaboration and individual growth. It is located in the Paulista neighbourhood with great transport links across the city and exciting working environment.

What you’ll do:

You will be responsible for overseeing the player lifecycle services within the product, balancing business growth, regulatory compliance, and user experience. By working closely with technology, compliance, operations, design, and other stakeholders, you will help drive innovation and create frictionless customer journeys that align with our international strategy.

Customer Insight

  • Use internal analytics tools and ad hoc data insights to drive product improvements

  • Leverage customer feedback tools to validate feature direction and identify pain points

  • Collaborate with UX and research to understand and improve user flows

Product Strategy

  • Translate customer and business needs into a clear product roadmap

  • Make proactive product recommendations that align with your squad's and tribe's strategy

  • Perform post-launch analysis and suggest next iterations

Influencing People

  • Communicate product plans, status, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders and managers

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with compliance, tech, and operational teams

  • Support and mentor junior team members where applicable

Product Execution

  • Write high-quality specs that clearly describe functionality, use cases, and edge conditions

  • Collaborate with POs, engineering, and design to deliver value iteratively and efficiently

  • Make trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality when launching new initiatives

  • Participate in QA process by supporting PO decisions and release readiness

What you’ll bring:

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated product management experience, ideally in consumer tech or gaming

  • Experience with data tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI) to make insightful decisions

  • Exposure to user feedback tools (e.g., applause, surveys, NPS)

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable presenting to collaborators

  • Familiarity with Agile delivery processes and working with cross-functional teams
