We are seeking a skilled Senior Visual Designer with strong production and presentation design experience, comfortable collaborating across time zones.

Position Title: Senior Visual Designer

Location: Remote - Colombia

What you will be doing:

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will be key in leveling up our creative game, ensuring our brand visuals hit the mark across multiple channels. The role demands expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to produce visually clean and on-brand creative assets. You will lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and collaborate effectively across time zones to deliver high-quality visual outputs. Your responsibilities will include:

Creating clean, brand-aligned designs for social graphics, email banners, comms assets, printable materials, and more.
Adapting designs across formats and specifications (resizing, versioning, exporting).
Maintaining file hygiene and adhering to naming conventions.
Building polished, on-brand PowerPoint decks for both client and internal use.
Applying existing templates and design systems, ensuring consistency in layout.
Developing easy-to-use templates for presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
Ensuring templates are clean, flexible, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

Strong production design skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Familiarity with Figma for design collaboration and prototyping.
Expertise in PowerPoint, able to create clean, well-structured presentations that follow brand standards.
Experience in applying brand guidelines with high attention to detail.
Comfortable working in English and managing feedback loops across time zones.
Must be comfortable working on a Mac.
