MultiAssistance assure des prestations liées aux sinistres Habitations.

 

Missions :

  • Gérer les ouvertures et réclamation client:
  • Faire de l’émission et de la réception d’appels
  • Gérer les appels conflictuels tout en gardant une bonne image d’Allianz
  • Respecter le secret professionnel
  • Contrôler et analyser les demandes du client
  • Appliquer les techniques et procédures de la relation client à Distance

 

Profils Recherché:

  • Réfléchi(e) organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), Assidue, vous êtes
  • doté(e) d’un bon rédactionnel et relation (français) et êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres.
  • Capacité d’écoute et de compréhension, d’analyse et Esprit d’équipe.
  • Résistance au stress et adaptabilité
