Client Success Associate

Role Summary

The epocrates team is seeking a Client Success Associate to join our Client Success team, reporting directly to the Manager, Client Success. The successful candidate will support our Client Success Managers in managing client campaign activities across our top pharmaceutical accounts, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the successful fulfillment and completion of all client media buys within the original contract terms, from campaign kick-off through completion.
  • Ensure all client and internal compliance processes are followed, particularly for the development of Healthcare Professional (HCP) mobile marketing tactics.
  • Develop and manage project timelines and status reports, including contract details, campaign progress, financials, and performance data.
  • Manage clients’ Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) processes to obtain necessary approvals for campaign launches.
  • Handle a high volume of projects under tight deadlines, demonstrating strong prioritization and time management skills.

Additional Job Responsibilities

  • Set clear expectations with internal teams, negotiate timelines, and ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Contribute to process improvements across departments to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Make recommendations for optimizing campaign fulfillment, internal workflows, or tactics to achieve exceptional results.

Education & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in client success or a similar role.
  • 1+ years of experience in pharma marketing or advertising is preferred.
  • Proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible, accountable, and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills; attention to detail is essential.
  • Knowledge of marketing-related creative processes (experience in marketing or agency settings, especially within the pharmaceutical industry, is a plus).
  • Experience with ad tech platforms and project management software is preferred.
