Why we need you

Design is core to how we build and differentiate. We’re looking for a Director of Design who can operate as a playercoach: someone eager to roll up their sleeves and ship highquality work, while also guiding the design function as we scale our product and brand.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and gotomarket teams to shape elegant, intuitive experiences—both in our product and in how we tell our story. You’ll balance daytoday design execution with longterm team leadership, helping define our design culture, processes, and standards from the ground up.
