Job description

OBRIO is an IT company with Ukrainian roots inside Genesis business ecosystem. We’re a Forbes-recognized lovemark brand with the highest eNPS in 2025. Our team consists of more than 300 talented professionals, whose ambitions and striving for success help us build the best products on the market. We have offices in Kyiv, Lviv and Warsaw.

We are developing Nebula – the biggest brand in the spiritual niche:

  • Nebula is #1 in its niche in terms of downloads and revenue targets;
  • 60 million users worldwide;
  • Users from 50+ countries;
  • 4.8 - our average AppStore rating (with more than 215 thousand ratings).

    As Nebula scales, we're looking for a UX/UI Designer to strengthen our product team and unlock new growth opportunities. You’ll join a cross-functional team where design plays a strategic role in shaping the product, improving funnels, and optimizing user journeys through experimentation and research.

    Why This Position Will Skyrocket Your Career:

    🚀 Work where design drives growth: You'll join a fast-paced, data-driven environment where UX/UI Team, directly influences key product metrics, not just visuals.

    🤝 Join a supportive UX team (6 UX/UI Designers, 2 UX Researchers, and 3 UX Writers) led by Kate Cherenkova, Product Design Lead, — with a strong feedback culture, cross-functional collaboration, and mentorship opportunities.

    🎯 Take ownership and drive strategy: You’ll own the UX for an entire business unit — from vision to execution — and play a key role in shaping product strategy, designing experiments, and launching new user funnels. Your input will influence not just how things look, but what we build and why.

    🌱 Grow into a leadership role: As the team expands, you’ll have a real opportunity to take the lead, influence team structure, and grow into a more senior position.

      Your impact:

      • Cover all design needs for A/B tests;
      • Maintain and evolve our design system;
      • Optimize the design delivery pipeline for efficiency and speed;
      • Participate in user research to uncover insights and validate hypotheses;
      • Analyze user behavior data to identify pain points, needs, and opportunities for product improvements;
      • Co-create new acquisition and onboarding funnels together with product managers and marketers

      About you:

      • 1+ year of experience as a UX/UI Designer and a portfolio that showcases product-oriented design work;
      • Strong proficiency in Figma, including prototyping skills;
      • Solid foundation in user-centered design principles and design thinking;
      • Product thinking mindset — you go beyond visuals and understand how design impacts metrics;
      • B1+ level of English;
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills — you’ll be working closely with Product Managers, UX Writers and Researchers, Creative Marketing Managers, a Tech Product Owner, and occasionally with Developers and QAs.
      • Proactivity, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

      Nice to have:

      • Experience in user research and/or UX writing;
      • Ability to analyze user behavior data and translate it into actionable design decisions.

      Our benefits:

      • Work from the comfort of your home or from one of our offices in Kyiv, Lviv or Warsaw. The choice is yours!
      • Enjoy 20 annual vacation days and unlimited sick leave, all covered by the company;
      • Don't worry about getting the right equipment, we've got you covered if necessary;
      • Stay healthy with access to a corporate doctor online, and health insurance options in Ukraine or a fixed amount towards insurance abroad after your probation period;
      • Keep learning with our extensive corporate library, internal online meetings, and lectures;
      • Grow your skills with our training compensation program;
      • Take advantage of our supportive corporate culture, including assistance with relocation, advice on legal stay abroad, housing support, and help for third-country nationals;
      • Have fun with our online events and team-building activities!
