About the Role

As an RMA Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the entire return process of products to suppliers. You will check the accuracy of product data, coordinate storage with Incoming Inspectors, prepare and repackage items if necessary, handle labeling and addressing, complete shipping system administration, and initiate the return shipment.

What You Will Do

reception of products which will be returned to supplier
check the conformity of data about products which will be returned to supplier (product type, part number, quantity, PU label)
storage of products which will be returned to supplier in cooperation with Incoming Inspectors
preparation of products which will be returned to supplier
repacking of products which will be returned to supplier if it is necessary
marking, addressing of package
complete administration of shipping system(s)
launch of returning the package to supplier

What You Need to Be Successful

Technical education on secondary level
Computer usage skill
Knowledge from logistical area
