Team Global Express (TGE) is on the hunt for a bold and visionary Strategic Business Development Manager to lead the charge in securing major enterprise clients and navigating complex, long-term sales cycles. What You’ll Do

• Uncover and win new enterprise opportunities, with a strong focus on the mining and resources sector
• Craft and execute long-term strategies to secure major mining clients, leveraging TGE’s powerful logistics network
• Represent TGE at high-impact industry events like Diggers & Dealers, WA Mining Club, and WA Business News—plus any others you see fit
• Partner with internal teams to design smart, scalable solutions for complex logistics challenges, from remote site servicing to bulk freight and integrated IT systems
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and Procurement Leaders, influencing decisions at the highest level
• Lead end-to-end sales processes—from pitch to negotiation to onboarding—ensuring a seamless client experience
• Deliver compelling presentations and manage stakeholder engagement with confidence and clarity
• Keep your pipeline sharp and your forecasts accurate using Salesforce and structured sales methodologies

Qualifications
