About the role

Were seeking a resultsdriven Facebook User Acquisition Manager to join our rapidly growing subscription company. As #1 in multiple subscription niches, we offer an unparalleled opportunity to manage significant advertising budgets and drive massive user acquisition growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Peak Performance Execution: Deliver exceptional daily performance by managing largescale Facebook campaigns with relentless focus on ROI optimization and profitability maximization.

• Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct indepth daily analysis of all traffic data, diving deep into performance metrics to uncover insights others miss. Build your own analytical models and translate complex data into winning optimization strategies.

• Campaign Mastery: Launch, test, and aggressively scale ad campaigns while optimizing every aspect structures, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation to consistently improve ROAS and drive profitable growth.

• Strategic Scaling: Develop comprehensive acquisition strategies aligned with aggressive growth targets, identify untapped scaling opportunities, and stay ahead of platform changes to maintain competitive advantage.

• Performance Intelligence: Conduct thorough competitor and market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities that can be leveraged for superior campaign performance.

• Creative Partnership: Collaborate with our inhouse creative team to develop and test highconverting ad creatives based on your deep performance insights and audience intelligence.

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 3 years managing Facebook Ads campaigns with demonstrated ability to scale budgets profitably and achieve exceptional ROI performance.

  • HighPerformance Expertise: Expert in launching, testing, and aggressively scaling highbudget Facebook campaigns ($200K+ monthly spend) with consistent profitability and growth results.

  • Data Mastery: Advanced analytical skills with Excel proficiency and ability to build custom analysis models. Proven track record of diving deep into performance data to uncover insights that others miss and translate them into winning optimizations.

  • ProblemSolving Excellence: Strong analytical thinking and creative problemsolving abilities with a track record of turning underperforming campaigns into profitable growth engines.

    • Location
