Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the IT Engineering team and manage corporate technology development and support.
  • Implement and maintain corporate applications for productivity, security, and connectivity.
  • Provide performance feedback and support to team members, and enforce IT policies.
  • Participate in incident resolution and support users through service management tools.

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager, IT Engineering that will own the development, integration, administration, support, and overall health of our corporate technology and applications. You will be managing a global team of IT engineers, administrators, and support staff, as well as being a significant handson contributor.

This position is fullyremote from permanent residences in the United States, the Philippines, or Malaysia, with typical working hours from 9AM until 6PM, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time (GMT 4.) Working hours may sometimes flex with the needs of the business.

This position reports to the Head of Global IT and Security, and has peers in the following roles: Manager, IT Operations, Manager, Network Engineering, and Sr. Manager, Information Security and Compliance.
