  • Stay updated on the latest trends in ecommerce and digital retail to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Quickly resolve customer issues or complaints related to their digital store experience.

      • Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
      • Experience in customer service, sales, or consulting, preferably within the ecommerce or digital retail field.
      • Strong understanding of digital platforms and tools used in online retail.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on a customercentric approach.
      • Selfmotivated with the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
      • Familiarity with CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
