  • Effectively manage customer complaints and engage in proactive problemsolving to enhance user experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and track feedback for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to relay customer insights and support campaigns.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to provide relevant support and recommendations.
