As a Technical Consultant, you will ensure that new deployments, the experience, and adoption of Cybereason is both frictionless and delivers the most value possible. You would be the key communicator across the organization to make sure product management, engineering, technical operations and other groups are aligned with our customer’s needs.
What you will do

  • Proven record building long-lasting customer partnerships.
  • Program management during the on-boarding and deployment business.
  • Configuration of the Cybereason platform in alignment with business requirements.
  • Assistance with connecting sensors to Cybereason servers.
  • Technical troubleshooting and smooth escalation/coordination between Support/DevOps/R&D during deployment phase.
  • Product training, security training and consultation.
  • Regularly scheduled touch-points for the duration of the deployment lifecycle.
  • Technical proficiency in computer networking, protocols and operating systemssystem.
  • Managed the onboarding project milestone, schedule and tasks.

What we are looking for

  • Three or more years of customer-facing experience and more than six years of technical related job function (i.e. Technical Support or Sales Engineer)
  • Network technologies (Firewalls, routers and switches) and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP etc)
  • Operating System knowledge (Windows, Linux and Mac)
  • Experience managing critical systems and system development
  • Extremely well-organized, with strong coordination skill and analytical with an ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships at all levels of the company
  • Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
  • Strong Team player as well as a proactive individual contributor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication ability, including presentation skills

As a High Touch Sales Account Manager, you will manage all aspects of our clients relationships.  The focus is on recruiting new clients, managing relationships with them, creating new pipelines, driving deal closing and driving the overall go-to-market execution.

What you will do

  • Manage deal lifecycle (finding, selling, closing and following).
  • Be a strategic business partner for clients at the responsible industry.  
  • Build executive relationships with clients to ensure proper alignment and strategy execution
  • Drive field marketing initiatives to build pipeline
  • Build a user group/reference group from the company wide perspectives
  • Manage Salesforce to manage lead and pipelines.
  • Be part of the overall sales team when selling opportunities (contract negotiations, purchase orders, licensing agreements, etc.)
  • Align closely with Partner Sales, Engineers and Marketing to drive the overall clients engagement.

What we are looking for

  • At least 3 years experience of direct sales at an IT vendor or software solution provider (SaaS / cloud / security / network / platform / etc.).
  • Experience with making a revenue plan/account plan
  • Experience driving pipeline generation initiatives in order to meet sales quotas.
  • A deep understanding of the market to identify opportunities and move budgets from one project to the other
  • Growth mindset and proven WINNER
  • Strong, effective presentation and communication skills, both verbally and written Japanese language skills, to convey Cybereason to audiences with varying skill levels - in person, on the phone, and via email.
  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
  • 100% professional and highly motivated strong team player.
  • Ideal professionals will be currently based and authorized to work in Japan.

Technical Consultant(テクニカルコンサルタント)として、Cybereason導入時のスムーズな展開、顧客体験の最大化、製品活用の促進をリードしていただきます。
社内のプロダクトマネジメント、エンジニアリング、テクニカルオペレーション等と連携し、顧客ニーズに最適な対応を行うキーパーソンとなるポジションです。

主な業務内容:

  • 顧客との長期的な信頼関係構築の実績
