Qualifications:
- Be an active/enrolled student at Marshall University
- Have a passion for helping people
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to research, analyze, and determine appropriate actions in various situations
- Solve complex problems while exercising good judgment
- Approach life with a can-do attitude
- Enjoy working independently and with a team
- Comfortable with soft sales
- Must pass a background check
Work from Home & Equipment Requirements
- Work activity must be performed in a quiet and distraction-free location
- Your home workspace must be behind a closed door to ensure a secure environment for customer information
- Associates must have access to high-speed internet service through a hard-wired connection via ethernet cable
- Foundever provides the necessary equipment for this role! Please note you may need to provide your own Ethernet cable if your wall connection is over 6’ from your workstation
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality customer interactions as a Foundever employee in support of Intuit’s QuickBooks Online product
- Handle inbound service calls – no cold calling!
- Drive customer satisfaction by providing a world-class experience
- Navigate through multiple systems and tools designed for your success
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
- Recommend product solutions for unique customer needs
