Project – the aim you’ll have:

Our client is an international investment firm that supports the most ambitious and talented entrepreneurs and high growth companies to achieve their goals. They invest in high growth, dynamic situation buyouts and growth capital investments. They are back exceptional entrepreneurs and management teams in companies creating sustainable high growth and strategic value.

Position – how you’ll contribute:

  • Key responsibility is to enable our users to get the most from our technology platforms, helping them solve problems, fixing issues they experience and understanding how they work and how we can make them more efficient.
  • Supporting End Users with day to day issues with their current technology platforms.
  • Enabling new technology rollout including user training.
  • Working with various vendor partners to become the inhouse expert.
  • Understanding how the business works so that business problems can be solved with technology fast.
  • Working with our 3rd party support teams to escalate issues, get to root cause quickly and report on issue status.
  • Running morning checks to ensure all platforms are fit for business on a daily basis.
  • Providing input on projects relating to the end user to ensure success and minimal impact.
    • Qualifications

      Expectations – the experience you need:

      • Knowledge of: Microsoft ecosystem (cloud & onpremises), Active Directory, Office 365, InTune, mobile device management (for remote access), TeamViewer, Darktrace (network security platform), Microsoft Defender, Ignite, Slack, Zoom.
      • Confident and pragmatic in their approach and able to demonstrate credibility quickly.
      • High EQ and ability to deliver through strong influencing skills.
      • Drive and aptitude to manage a broad range of responsibilities.
      • Welldeveloped interpersonal skills, team spirit and professional presentation.
      • Highly articulate (verbal and written), organised and high attention to detail.
      • Determined, motivated and ability to work calmly under pressure.
      • Selfstarting, strongly ambitious and tenacious: willing to “go the extra mile”.
      • Ability to organize and prioritize own work load whilst being responsive to portfolio needs.
