Job Description

Your Role:

As a Microsoft Partner Sales Manager, you will take a central role in driving strategic growth initiatives between TSystems and Microsoft. Sitting at the intersection of sales and partner programs, you will support coselling activities, incentive alignment, and the positioning of our offerings within the Microsoft ecosystem. You will work closely with the Alliance Manager, Program Manager, Microsoft DACH stakeholders, and our internal sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Opportunity Management
  • Coordinate joint account planning and opportunity tracking with Microsoft teams
  • Maintain pipeline transparency and contribute to forecasting accuracy
  • Sales Enablement
  • Organize and deliver joint sales briefings, trainings, and enablement sessions
  • Create and manage sales collateral, battle cards, and sales kits
  • Incentive & Program Support
  • Assist in the application, governance, and tracking of Microsoft incentive programs (e.g., ECIF, AMMP, CoSell)
  • Optimize usage of incentive funds and report on utilization and impact
  • Marketplace Management
  • Guide solution owners in listing offers on Azure Marketplace
  • Ensure cosell eligibility and support private offer creation
  • Strategic Collaboration
  • Participate in QBRs, business reviews, and joint planning workshops with Microsoft
  • Act as an operational interface to both Microsoft and internal business units
    • Language skills: English and German
