Job DescriptionWhat Youll Do
Design & Development
- Collaborate with the European and UK sales team to design and compile winning proposals, tenders, and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Lead and contribute to key creative projects, ensuring the delivery of highstandard, bespoke documents and visuals.
- Retouch and enhance images for both print and web, demonstrating a keen eye for colour correction, editing, and typography.
Project Management
- Manage the production of document printing and other materials, liaising with external design and print companies to ensure professional finishes.
- Guarantee all artwork produced is consistent, accurate, and adheres strictly to brand guidelines.
Quality Control & Coordination
- Liaise with external proofreaders to ensure all documents are errorfree and wellwritten before submission.
- Stay uptodate with the latest design trends, integrating fresh, cuttingedge ideas into your work.
Team Support & Miscellaneous
- Provide proactive support to the team, taking initiative and contributing to the smooth running of the department.
- Foster a selfstarting attitude, capable of leading when necessary and taking ownership of tasks.
