Essential Job Functions
Direct accountability and responsibility for overall project success from start to finish.
Manages the relationships with stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
Accurately forecasts, plans, reports, and manages projects to ensure accurate and timely project revenue/cost accounting.
Proactively manages and resolves issues to minimize crisis and escalations, and proactively informs and engages Senior Management in advance when they can't be avoided.
Provides constructive feedback and suggestions on internal process improvements.
Ensures safe, seamless delivery of projects on time and on budget.
Acts as a liaison and coordinator of work streams to ensure proper team alignment and organization of activities between departments.
May chair various project review and pre-submittal meetings.
Proposes and executes divisional project plans, goals, objectives, policies and programs as assigned by the Vice President of Operations.
Maintains detailed timelines, project plans, and hours budgeted for project deliverables and key milestones.
Has the flexibility to quickly adapt the approach to project completion by observing and re-evaluating project priorities and plan effectiveness.
Manages multiple projects simultaneously and understands project priorities in the context of VP expectations.
Prepares project schedules, and budgets/estimates.
Prepares reports on progress to plan and proactively resolves for gaps in execution. Authorizes and monitors project and program expenditures.
Tracks and updates expenditures on individual projects regularly to coincide with period reporting requirements.
Responds to all inquiries related to assigned projects.
Other duties as assigned, which are likely to vary over time.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, Business Management, or related field experience
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a management consultant role
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communications, interpersonal, prioritization and organizational skills
Ability to provide guidance to other departments
May requires travel up to 30% of the time, both within the Division but also across the company as requested
Ability/capacity to work under pressure with ambitious deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to completion and on time
An elite ability to lead through influence to achieve results for all marketing projects/programs
Must be results oriented with a high level of initiative
Works well independently and in team settings
Possess intermediate skillset in Microsoft Office, Word and advanced skillset in Excel and Power Point.
Physical Demands
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with associates, vendors, contractors and customers.
Ability to sit at a desk or in a vehicle for long periods at a time.
Ability to operate a computer
Ability to travel to store locations as needed.
