    • PPC Specialist (Google & Meta)

      Remote South Africa

      Salary R25,000 - R35,000 + Commission

      Role Overview

      We are hiring a highly capable Paid Media Specialist with hands-on experience in both Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of South African agency experience and a strong track record managing international campaigns (US, UK, and SA clients). This is a client-facing, remote role suited to someone confident, accountable, and fluent in performance marketing delivery.

      Key Responsibilities
      • Plan, execute, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms
      • Own end-to-end account management including strategy development, execution, and client reporting
      • Run keyword and audience research, A/B testing, and performance optimizations
      • Deliver actionable insights to clients using reporting tools and dashboards
      • Maintain campaign health, tracking, and delivery against client KPIs
      Candidate Profile
      • 2-3 years of experience at a South African digital agency
      • Proven expertise in both Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
      • Experience managing clients in the US, UK, and SA markets
      • Excellent verbal and written English
      • Presentable and confident in managing client relationships independently
      • Skilled in data interpretation and using metrics to inform performance decisions
      Nice to Have
      • Familiarity with Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager
      • Exposure to e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns
      • Strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously across multiple accounts
