Work Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM (AEST); 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (PH Time)

As a Travel Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting healthcare professionals in finding the right assignments while ensuring a seamless, compliant travel experience.

We're looking for someone with foundational experience and the right mindset, someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about helping others.

Your task? To find the best possible fares within budget, coordinate approvals from candidates and clients, and make bookings.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
  • Utilize booking systems and CRMs to manage travel itineraries and client details
  • Work closely with the recruitment and placement teams to ensure seamless travel arrangements
  • Respond quickly to booking changes, cancellations, and travel-related concerns
  • Ensure travel arrangements comply with healthcare facility requirements and state regulations
  • Track and update travel documentation in CRM/ATS platforms
  • Maintain accuracy in all data entry, confirmations, and itineraries
  • Proactively communicate with internal teams, candidates, and third-party providers
  • Support general admin tasks related to placements and credentialing
  • Collaborate with finance and compliance to ensure cost-effective bookings and timely reimbursements


Requirements
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who:
  • 1–2 years of experience in travel coordination, booking systems, and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare compliance and credentialing is a plus.
Preferred Skills
  • Exposure to locum tenens or travel nursing placements.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Awareness of regional travel regulations and healthcare facility protocols.
