Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced part-time, remote FICA Compliance Administrator to support a short-term project, with potential to evolve into a longer-term partnership, for 8 – 10 hours a week. The successful candidate will assist in transitioning the client database onto Ncino (formerly Docfox).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in migrating client information to Ncino.
  • Contact clients if required for outstanding information and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records in line with financial services compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and attend occasional in-person meetings in Cape Town.
  • Collaborate with the team and provide updates on project progress.


Requirements
  • Cape Town-based (non-negotiable)
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Proven understanding and experience with FICA compliance
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely
  • Willingness to engage in occasional face-to-face meetings

Salary: R185 - R200 per hour
