Job description

The Role

FinStrat Management (“FSM”) is seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to provide strategic support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional problem-solving skills, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, helping drive key initiatives while managing critical administrative functions.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership
  • Analyze and synthesize complex information to support decision-making
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational efficiency
  • Manage complex calendaring and prioritization of executive’s time
  • Coordinate high-stakes meetings and strategic initiatives
  • Oversee project timelines and ensure accountability for deliverables
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Facilitate effective communication across all organizational levels
  • Represent the executive in key meetings and follow up on action items
  • Develop and maintain stakeholder engagement strategies and protocols
  • Coordinate travel logistics and complex scheduling
  • Manage confidential information and sensitive communications
  • Oversee administrative processes including expenses and documentation
Job Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellence in prioritization and project management
  • Proficiency in modern business technologies and tools
  • A self-starter who can operate independently and manage multiple tasks
