Were now hiring a Media Buyer & Media Buying Coach who knows how to drive performance inside ad accounts - daily. This role is all about hands-on buying: testing, scaling, fixing, optimizing, and repeating. And imparting everything you know about high-risk media buying to our high-value customer.   • You know how to build, launch, and scale paid media campaigns from scratch.

  • Youve managed big budgets, hit targets, and know how to troubleshoot when things go sideways.

  • You dont rely on guesswork - you test, track, and execute based on what the data tells you.

  • You understand what makes content convert - hooks, angles, creatives, funnels.

  • Youre structured, fast, and laser-focused on results.

  • Youre not here to "manage" - youre here to drive performance yourself.

  • You know media buying backwards and can deliver results internally and to our high-value customers.

  • Youve coached and when you present the receiver knows they talking to a pro.

  • You have built and optimised training material that wows its audience.









What Youll Own

  • End-to-end campaign execution - from setup and testing to scaling and optimization.

  • Rapid testing of creatives, angles, and offers across different verticals.

  • Daily account management - budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, and performance monitoring.

  • Creative feedback - reviewing ad copy, headlines, images, and videos for performance potential.

  • Performance reporting - clear insights on whats working, whats not, and what needs to shift.

  • Campaign audits and clean-ups - fixing broken funnels, ad fatigue, or poor optimization.

  • Staying sharp - keeping up with Meta platform changes, policies, and optimization tactics.

  • An industry-leading coaching program reviewing our customers campaigns and optimizing for results.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience - Meta is a must.

  • 3+ years of coaching experience 1:1 is a strong advantage

  • Proven results in high-budget campaigns.

  • Comfort working across high-risk niches (crypto, nutra, casino, dating = big bonus).

  • Excellent understanding of creative strategy - angles, hooks, scroll-stoppers.

  • Strong data fluency: CTRs, CPAs, ROAS, CAC, funnel metrics - you know how to read and act on the numbers.

  • Reliable, self-managed, and responsive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent English, spoken and written - with no noticeable accent.
