What this role is all about:
The Manager, Special Accounts, is responsible for managing a portfolio of delinquent and non-performing commercial loan accounts. Leading a team of Special Account Officers, the incumbent will leverage financial analysis, loan restructuring and negotiation to effectively manage and recover non-performing loans. They will provide guidance and support to stakeholders, oversee asset inventory management and remarketing, and lead staff in effective collection techniques. The incumbent is accountable for resolving and providing recommendations regarding delinquent accounts by engaging with legal counsel and professional insolvency practitioners as necessary.
