JoomPro is the first end-to-end cross-border B2B marketplace. We aspire to create a new level of service in the wholesale purchasing market. We give everyone, anywhere in the world, the opportunity to order goods from factories in China easily and efficiently. After a successful launch in Brazil, we are now expanding to Mexico to bring seamless wholesale trade to new markets.

Now we are looking for a New Merchant Support Specialist to manage all processes from lead identification to continuous relationship management, ensuring merchant success on JoomPro platform.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, filter, and validate high-potential merchant leads based on defined criteria
  • Effectively present JoomPro’s value proposition and key features to encourage merchant registration
  • Support new merchants through the full onboarding process, including registration, KYC verification, and training
  • Provide clear guidance and support to ensure merchants create high-quality product listings that comply with JoomPro’s standards and requirements
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with newly onboarded merchants, acting as their primary point of contact for all onboarding-related inquiries and support

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales and the new merchant management area
  • Experience with sales or customer support
  • Good communication and sales skills
  • Flexibility & adaptability to work autonomously in an uncertain and diversified cultural environment
