Leading Title Agency is seeking an experienced Commercial Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for handling large volumes of files for National Commercial transactions. Attention to detail, great communication skills (verbal & written) great organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this position.

Primary Duties:

  • Assist EVP and VP with administrative/operations related tasks. 

  • Assist VP with Underwriting files. Coordination of delivery of executed documents for recording/post-closing.

  • Correspond with clients to obtain missing documentation and/or clarify information to place complete orders.

  • Proforma and Invoice generation.

  • Back up Underwriting on Florida transaction.

  • Interact with the Salespeople on work generated out of New York Office

  • Work closely with Carriers on new transactions that need to be presented for approval before orders are being placed with KV.

Requirements:

  • 5+ plus years of experience

  • Great time management skills

  • High level of accountability

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Customer service oriented

  • Creative problem-solving skills

  • High energy, a positive attitude a must

  • Team Player & Ability to work well with others

  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).

  • Able to maintain work priorities in an environment with multiple concurrent tasks and projects and maintain flexibility related to assigned tasks

The annual base salary for this position is $70,000 - $120,000.
