We’re a small, close-knit team of Recruiters—3 in the Philippines and 2 in the U.S.—who genuinely enjoy working together in a supportive, drama-free environment. Now, we’re looking for an additional member of our PH team who is not only experienced in recruitment, but also thrives in a collaborative, respectful, and always-learning culture.

What You’ll Do:

Reporting to the COO, you’ll:

  • Review applications, assess qualifications, and conduct video interviews
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand roles and identify strong fits
  • Document assessments in our ATS clearly and thoroughly
  • Proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn and other tools
  • Build pipelines for U.S.-based roles, including IT Sales and niche positions
  • Endorse qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and keep them engaged
  • Focus on quality over quantity—presenting candidates who are both qualified and culturally aligned

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience (full-cycle or focused on sourcing/screening)
  • Strong interviewing skills—you know how to ask the right questions and assess both fit and potential
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent English communication skills—clear, professional, and confident in both writing and speaking
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work tools
  • A kind, reliable teammate with a growth mindset

What’s In It For You:

Compensation: Starts at PHP 45,000+/month

The more “hands-on” and relevant experience that you have, the higher the compensation level may be. So, if you feel that your experience matches what we are looking for, please send us your application. These amounts already include the 10% “Night Shift Differential.”
