Escalation Support: Receive and address Tier 1 escalations, providing prompt and effective resolutions to network-related problems.
Network Changes: Perform level 1-2 network change requests, ensuring changes are implemented accurately and according to established protocols.
Network Design: Contribute to network design activities, collaborating with engineers and architects to develop scalable and reliable network solutions.
Circuit and Network Installations: Coordinate and oversee circuit installations, network deployments, and infrastructure upgrades, adhering to project timelines.
Troubleshooting Expertise: Utilize advanced troubleshooting techniques and tools to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network changes, designs, and installation processes.
Customer Ticket Updates: Provide regular updates to customers regarding the status and progress of their tickets.
Project and Report Support: Assist with projects, generate reports, and contribute to project-related documentation.
Network Maintenance: Attend network maintenance activities during or off business hours as required.

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in network engineering or a similar field.
Thorough understanding of IT LAN and WAN networking concepts.
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco and Fortinet Technologies.
Hold industry certifications such as Cisco CCNP or Fortinet Certified Professional.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
