The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the IT Desktop Support Technician (m/f/d) role will make an impact:

  • You provide desktop infrastructure support to local and regional business partners

  • You manage and support endpoint devices including desktops, laptops, and iOS devices

  • You deliver hands-and-feet support for infrastructure teams and ensure proper escalation

  • You assist with asset management and maintain accurate IT inventory

  • You coordinate with vendors, internal departments, and senior management for effective service delivery

  • You ensure compliance with internal Information Security Policies and GxP qualification standards

  • You participate in local and regional IT project coordination

  • You maintain documentation related to equipment disposal and ensure timely handling

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:

  • 7 - 9 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure services, or desktop management

  • Solid understanding of network configurations, IT systems, and common enterprise hardware/software

  • Experience in working with senior stakeholders and end-user support

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills

  • Familiar with data center environments and local project execution

  • Fluency in English and good German skills required

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
