Global Partner Marketing Content Event Program Manager
About the Team
The Global Marketing team is a dynamic group responsible for driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization. We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Manager to support the planning, execution, and oversight of high-impact, cross-functional programs. This role will be pivotal in ensuring key initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and with strategic alignment.

Responsibilities
Program Management
  • End-to-End Program Ownership: Lead and support comprehensive program management efforts, from initial scoping and planning through execution and retrospective analysis. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and critical path analyses to guide successful delivery.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Serve as a central point of contact across internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear alignment and integration of all program components.

  • Risk Identification & Mitigation: Proactively assess potential roadblocks, dependencies, and risks. Develop contingency plans and ensure programs stay on track and meet objectives.

  • Process Improvement & Scalability: Drive the development and optimization of standardized processes, workflows, and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability across programs.

  • Status Reporting & Communication: Provide regular progress updates to leadership and key stakeholders. Document milestones, flag issues, and present key learnings and recommendations post-program completion.

Content Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop a comprehensive content plan that aligns with our messaging framework and targets key partner segments.
  • Identify and prioritize content formats (e.g., blogs, white papers, ebooks, social media content) based on message and distribution channel.
  • Establish an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent cadence of high-quality content.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., product marketing, developer relations) and external agencies to produce and deliver compelling content.

 

Produce and publish content
  • Execution:  Working directly with key stakeholders and/or business partners, you will successfully contribute to a wide variety of digital content platforms (i.e. websites, blogs, videos, social media). You will be responsible for creating content, reviewing, editing, and publishing the content based on the requirements and standards presented on the client messaging documents.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., product marketing, developer relations, partner marketing) to ensure alignment and amplify content reach.
  • Partner with the events team to leverage thought leadership content at key partner events, such as Partner Summit at Next.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to promote content across relevant online channels.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in program management or large-scale project management, with a strong emphasis on event management.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-faceted projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies, ideally within a marketing or corporate events context.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content for diverse audiences, including senior executives.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Comfortable working with AI tools.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Spreadsheets, and Slides) and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter with strong collaboration skills, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
