What you’ll achieve
As Technical Support Engineer for our cloud solution for Medical Imaging, you will play a key role in maintaining the reliability and performance of the platform.
You will have the following responsibilities:
You will investigate and resolve complex technical issues as part of 3rd-level (Level 3) support, proactively monitor our cloud environments to ensure system uptime, and participate in a 24/7 duty-rotation schedule to uphold maximum availability. By working closely with regional teams, CloudOps and engineering, you will drive continuous improvement and ensure a seamless support experience, making a profound impact across the healthcare sector.

Essential Requirements
5+ years in 3rd-level software support or technical escalation roles (healthcare/medical imaging preferred)
Deep expertise in system diagnostics, log analysis, and performance profiling
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure) and on-premise deployments
Good understanding of (Windows Server) operating systems, virtualization solutions and computer networks
Experience using relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
Excellent technical writing skills for documentation and knowledge base development
Fluent English (written & spoken); additional language skills is a plus
Desirable Requirements
Scripting skills (e.g. PowerShell, Python, JavaScript) for automation of diagnostic tasks and supporting integration workflows
Understanding of DICOM, HL7 and other healthcare interoperability standards
Prior experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios, …)
