Location: Currently remote; will be onsite in Bangalore from December 2025

Design Amazing user experiences for various Spektra products, Impacts experience for 20K+ users every month. Spektra Systems is seeking an experienced UI/UX designer to design products impacting 20K + users every month. If you are someone who thrive for impactful experiences and follows philosophy – “Design is never done” this may be a fit for you.

You would be master of UI/UX designing tools (Adobe or anything else of your preference). You are creative and understands building SaaS application experiences in a B2B and B2C segment.

Responsibilities

Work with Product leadership to propose and build products and features that meet customer needs and are aligned with business strategy.
Work on products to implement and improve usability and behavior design efforts.
Lead efforts to create a consistent user and brand experience at every touchpoint of the product, mapping user flows, design screens, and oversee building process across responsive web product.
Take high-level product ideas from conception to mock-ups, wireframes, and finished renderings, working with the engineering team and product owners.
Implement user flows, interactions, and experiences that are simple, intuitive, and consistent across web browsers.
Partner with product and engineers to oversee the user experience of new features and products from conception through launch.

Requirements

3+ years of web browser product design experience.
Proven track record of designing beautiful and usable interfaces.
Fluent in design and prototyping techniques, principles, and tools like Sketch, Figma and Adobe Suite.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Embrace an interactive design process and is receptive to feedback.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
Good knowledge of Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design Guidelines.
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, interaction design trends, usability principles, and platform guidelines.
Experience in a startup or other fast-paced environment is a plus.
