Job description

Are you ready to take your marketing skills to the next level?

Gamingtec is looking for a Head of Marketing! The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive awareness, lead generation, brand positioning, and customer retention. This role requires deep knowledge of B2B SaaS marketing and a strong understanding of the iGaming industry. You will manage a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and measurable growth.


All you need is:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a SaaS or iGaming environment;
  • Proven track record of leading successful demand generation and digital marketing strategies;
  • Experience in managing highperforming marketing teams and agencies;
  • Excellent understanding of the online casino industry, player lifecycle, and regulatory environments;
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills;
  • Experience working with tools such as Pipedrive (or equivalent CRM), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEOSEM platforms.

    • Also, it will be great if you have:

      • Previous experience marketing to Tier1 and Tier2 iGaming operators;
      • Familiarity with iGaming B2B buying personas (e.g., casino managers, CTOs, product heads);
      • Experience working in a scaleup or highgrowth SaaS environment;
      • Multilingual capabilities (English required. Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.);
      • Familiarity with European and LATAM iGaming markets.

        • KPIs & Performance Metrics

          • Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated per quarter;
          • Cost per leadcost per acquisition (CPLCPA);
          • Website traffic and conversion rates;
          • ROI of marketing campaigns;
          • Brand visibility metrics (media coverage, social mentions, organic reach);
          • Event ROI and partnership engagement.

              • Strategic Planning & Leadership:
                  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with business goals;
                  2. Define and manage the marketing budget, ensuring ROIdriven allocation of resources;
                  3. Build and lead a highperforming marketing team (digital, content, PR, design, events);
                  4. Own the positioning and messaging for the brand, products, and solutions.
                      • Lead Generation & Growth:
                          1. Design and implement multichannel lead generation campaigns (email, SEOSEM, social media, paid ads, etc.);
                          2. Optimise marketing automation and nurture workflows (Pipedrive, Marketo, etc.);
                          3. Collaborate with sales to align on lead qualification criteria, MQLSQL conversion, and sales enablement assets;
                          4. Drive growth through AccountBased Marketing (ABM) targeting highvalue iGaming operators and platforms.
                              • Content & Brand:
                                  1. Develop a strong content marketing strategy tailored to industry decisionmakers (white papers, blogs, case studies, videos, webinars);
                                  2. Oversee all brand communications, ensuring consistency across all channels;
                                  3. Manage PR strategy and media relations within the iGaming and SaaS ecosystems;
                                  4. Organise and represent the brand at major industry trade shows (ICE London, SBC Summit, iGB Live, etc.).
                                      • Analytics & Optimisation:
                                          1. Track KPIs and campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Pipedrive, etc.);
                                          2. Deliver regular reports and insights to executive leadership;
                                          3. Continuously test, analyse, and optimise campaigns and user journeys to improve performance.
                                              • Partnership & Product Alignment:
                                                  1. Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to support feature launches and customer marketing initiatives;
                                                  2. Establish comarketing initiatives with strategic partners (platforms, affiliates, game developers, payment providers).
