We are looking for a winner Pricing Manager that will be passionate about performing the pricing strategy for geographical area of responsibility and take pricing actions to improve profitability and closing deals.

You will have the outstanding opportunity to be first point of contact for in the region for all pricing related matters, report directly to our Global Pricing Manager and be based on our office in Barcelona (ES) or Monterrey (MX).

What you can look forward to in this Role:

  • Support your leader in the development and roll-out of our new strategy that will enable sustainable growth across your geographical area scope
  • Drive pricing análisis (performance monitoring) by market to understand pricing dynamics: price efficiency, competitors’ movements, price increases, customer and industry trends.
  • Identify revenue and margin optimization potential, and execute actions in alignment with other business areas
  • Coordination of pricing coordinator/s, who will support you with the daily price maintenance in the assigned markets.
  • 10-20 days/yr travelling for meetings with internal/external stakeholders and team buildings/workshops.  

What does it take to become our new team member?

  • Proven experience in a similar role with academic background in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Business or Engineering
  • Proven experience in change management, and successfully taking full ownership of topics, KPIs and projects end to end.
  • Proficient business acumen (with financial focus and ability to understand complex business problems and take profitable choices)
  • Superuser in MS Office especially Excel. Experience in Power BI, Macros, Python or SQL  an advantage.
  • Critical thinking and ability to create and execute plans
  • Experience in business intelligence and data visualisation software an advantage.
  • Proficient in English, other languages an advantage

  • Outstanding communication and persuasion skills, as well as supportive teamwork spirit.
  • Ability to structure, analyse and communicate findings of a large amount of data in a timely manner
  • Quality and solution oriented.
  • High degree of self-initiative and resilience
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually as well.
